nutri2kids complete an energy- and protein-rich complete formula. It is a Food for Special Medical Purposes intended for (lactose sensitive) kids with a risk of (disease related) malnutrition. It can be used as a supplement or as a complete dietary replacement. The product should be used under supervision of a health care professional. Our powdered product offers flexibility, allowing patients to select their portion size. It also prevents waste from large portions. The health care professional can also advice to add a different amount of level scoops to constitute a drink to adapt the nutrition values to the patient’s needs.

Directions of use
- To prepare a 200ml serving: add 6 level scoops (5.3g) to 50ml of water (or 32g) and stir or shake until completely dissolved. Add water until 200ml.
- The product can be enjoyed either warm or cold depending on personal preference. Do not boil.
- The amount of nutrition depends on the advice of the health care professional.

- Not suitable for children below 3 years of age.
- Not suitable for patients with galactosemia.
- Not for parenteral use.
- When used as complete dietary replacement, it is important to drink sufficient water.
- Contains milk.
- When used as complete dietary replacement be careful with additional vitamin and mineral supplements.
Storage and shelf-life
- Cover after opening.
- Once prepared, formula should be used within 1 hour.
- Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C.
- Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
- Use package within one month after opening.
